- Sabor by Pedro’s — This one stepped into the space former MadHouse Burgers occupied in Mount Royal Center. The team offers ceviches, tacos, chimichangas, and surf-and-turf platters. Upscales the usual Mexican-inspired offerings in Duluth, thoughtful plating and flavor balance included.

There are restaurants in Duluth I find myself returning to nearly every time: they’re consistently good, they reflect where we’re from, and they feel like home.
